It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Repubblica district just off everything, attractions, restaurants and shopping, the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum and different restaurant. The hotel has a nice and top location to most places.

very good stay, as always. immaculately clean hotel in excellent location in rome. excellent staff members, great value rooms with the shower and kids crying, for example. breakfast with juice and also jam. very easy to get from ciampino airport, just 12 miles.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We booked double room and we not very satisfied as it looked a bit different of the photos in internet. But after talking with manager (Nice Marisa) she offered us a double room with jacuzzi which was much better with a difference in cost just of 15 eur per night. Which were not even taken from us. So if you want to have a nice stay, I would recommend you to book a room with jacuzzi.
We did not like double room as furniture there was old fashioned and old one. Room looked very sad because of wallpapers and was noisy. The lift needs some update. You can see drawn images there.

As an American living in Italy I have stayed in many hotels in Rome. I was a bit skeptic due the the reviews the hotel recieved. But I ended up having a great stay. The hotel was clean, room was clean and large for Rome. On the street it was easy to find and just an elevator ride up to the floor. *Note the reception desk is a floor above the hotel, which is normal for some smaller hotels. The women at the reception desk were amazing! Very friendly, and helpful. They definitely make you feel "welcome"!! The location was great! The hotel was right on one of the main shopping strips and walking distance from the train station and metros. If you're a walker you are almost smack in between of the colosseum and other sites (Pantheon, Trevi, Barbarini). And on our last day they held our luggage for us free of charge until we caught our train later in the evening! You can't beat that!! For the price I paid to stay here I have not found a better deal yet!
I have no complaints. I am glad I overlooked the other comments on here and gave this hotel a try!

The room we stayed in was great for families, and it had everything we needed - a dresser, a nice shower, and even space for the kids to play 🌟.

I've stayed here for one week. Only two positive aspects: location (close to Roma Termini), and english speaking staff.
I've stayed here for one week. I was deceived by the positive comments. Would not recomend this hotel to anyone. The Jacuzzi was just a tub smaller that the one I have in my house, and with poor general appearance. I didn't got the courage to take a bath in there. I remember that someone said it was new, yeah sure, maybe when I was born. In one of the other rooms there was a bell that other guests insisted in play with, no matter what time it was. The breakfast is just two croissans and two loaves, no more. The cereals were missing for 3 days. Overall I think it was expensive for what it was. I've been in much better hotels in Paris, Portugal and Spain for half the price...

Hotel staff really friendly and helpfull, in quite a good location within walking distance of some of the main attractions.
The main reception was on a differant floor to the one we stayed on. Rooms are basic but clean and breakfast very basic too. The hotel has very busy main roads running passed it and being Rome, it carries on all day and night so there is a lot of loud traffic noise, not so good for the light sleepers amongst us so remember your ear plugs if staying here. Over all you get what you pay for.
